Really good company and very good people

The Winter Storm had me worried about my cover, however the staff at sky blue did their best to send someone as soon as it was safe to come look at my pool and do some winter maintenance which was excellent! Saved me from extra repairs!! Will use them this coming season!Service:&nbsp;Winterization

1st time customer in Suffolk...very pleasant people to work with, professional, responsive, polite and on time!!  Closed my pool for the season 2 weeks ago and very happy with the service & price!!  I will be using them in the spring!!  Great work to the crew!!

We had Sky Blue Re-spray and add tile to  our gunnite pool as well as install a new salt system. They were so conscientious that we signed on for pool maintenance and have not been happier. They are responsive, conscientious and their customer service has been outstanding!! 11/5 stars

We recently bought an older home from a single woman who had been using this company, so we thought we'd continue since we knew very little about owning a pool/spa.  Worst mistake!  They sent two inarticulate halfwits who rushed through the job, smashing our landscaping while doing the bare minimum uncover and connect 4 motors - pool/spa/heater/chlorinator, and even that they did poorly. They suggested we board up our spa for the summer crazy! instead of explaining the issues and giving us options to repair; instead, they kept repeating at every turn, "It's going to cost a lot of money", and then they were gone. We were left nearly $700 poorer and none the wiser, not to mention our torn up flower bed.  Stay away from these clowns.

cannot believe 0 stars was not an option. They came to open my pool, which was $250 plus $100 to remove leaves on our cover and remove the cover. All they did was remove the cover then charge us $375 to open the pool. They were supposed to come back to open the pool another date and claim they already did it and went to charge us $800 total. Literal criminals DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EVER.

Very Unprofessional seems to be the common thread here. I would give them ZER0 stars but you can’t. Called them in August to get a price quote on a pool some clown Charlie comes to my house looks around says he will send a price quote. 4 weeks later I call to inquire where the quote is and get a call back just to tell me that they are booked 2 years and that’s why he didn’t send the quote. What kind of businessman does this? You didn’t know 4 weeks ago that you were booked 2 years out so you waste my time and don’t have the common decency to call me and tell me that 4 weeks earlier or actually when you showed up to waste my time. This guy is a clown and so is the company, don’t waste YOUR TIME WITH HIM OR THIS COMPANY!!
