Went inside for a larger take out order - manager and the staff were communicative and engaged taking care of customers both inside and out. Nobody standing around doing nothing like most fast food places. Nailed everything on a big order - all the sauces and extras and custom stuff. Don't eat it a lot but everytime this location gets it right and it's appreciated.
Staff and food were excellent very friendly, my chip on my card was giving me trouble and the manager walked the cashier through helping us both. We live in Arizona and had been in the car for hours so it was nice to have such a welcoming and friendly service. Thank you
The bun was totally stale then whoever made the sandwich as soon as they pick that up should have thrown it away it was like a hockey puck very disappointed I love Arby's this was a very bad experience too bad I'd already driven home before I opened it. This was a drive-thru experienceFood: 1/5
Kind of annoying with in and out's long drive in line next door. Makes it hard to get in the parking lot. But once you're in, it's a nice and clean place. Food was great.Food: 5/5
Thursday night, not busy at 6:45pm. Ordered 2 regular classic toast beefs and one SMALL UNSALTED CRINKLE CUT FRY. Sandwiches are fine. WAS CHARGED AND GIVEN A LARGE ORDER OF CRINKLE CUT FRIES WITH SALT...out of 2 items ordered it shouldn’t have been wrong...The girl at the window repeated the order correctly. So spent around $4.00 for fries we can’t eat as can’t eat salt!!! Come on guys, this shouldn’t happen, especially on such a simple order!

The packing was nice when you get it delivered.
Either this location has decided there is a "cheese" shortage, or whoever made our food today thinks Arby's puts too much cheese on their sandwiches. Our beef & cheddars had barely any cheese on them. The cheese literally looked like a squirt of mustard on the bun, there was so little. They also skimped on the Arby's sauce. The cheese cups they charge for were also only filled about half-way. What's the deal, Arby's?
This food was so good. And the service was extremely fast. I highly recommend. Plus it's a very clean place to eat.Food: 5/5
