I went to this location to pick up dinner for my family last week. I ordered online, and when I arrived, they told me that they did not have one of the items that I had ordered. I told them what I wanted instead, and was instructed to pull up. 20 minutes later, multiple people had been served, and I was still waiting for my food. I pulled up to the window, and asked where my order was, the response from the person at the window was "do you see what is in my hands?" I said I had been waiting for a while, and I needed my order. She then responds "do you know what you ordered?" That proceeded to shouting match with multiple employees and at one point one employee threatening a physical altercation with me. After I finally received my food 45 minutes after it was promised to be ready, I got home and found out they forgot a portion of my order. Word of advice, there are plenty of better restaurants in this area with far superior customer service that I would consider before ever stepping foot on the property of this establishment again. I had never been treated so disrespectfully in my life at a business.
I waited a little bit for a chicken wrap, but I'd do it again. The chicken was fresh and hot, and all the ingredients were fresh. Delicious! The jamocha shake was excellent!Food: 5/5
I have never seen such a catastrophic Arby's in my life!!! The drive-through window workers TERRIBLE!! her service was atrocious!!! She was so busy flirting with another worker that she forgot to give me my complete order. 12-18-22 1905hrs. THE FOOD WAS BAD AND OVERPRICED ARBY'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS!!! ADVERTISING A SUPPOSEDLY HUGE STEAK BURGER @#$$IT IT WAS NO BIGGER THAN A REGULAR CHEESEBURGER!!! %##@ ARBY'S NEEDS TO BE SUED!!! LAST TIME EVER EATING ARBY'S EVER!!!!!
Love this place after 2pm-5pm have the slider,drink,shake,cookie,fries. Yet when I walk in with my scooter folded I was told I couldn't have it in the store by the manager then he allowed me to., Then I witnessed the manager doing a good deed for a homeless person by giving them food and drink for free. This place is large and clean. Thank for your service.
If I can give it a zero I would I've been in drive through for 20 min no one was answering me I went to the window and I stood there for another 10 min and no one until they started walking by and ignoring me I started knocking and one guy came to the window and aaid can I help you I asked if they are closed he said no and I said so why is no one helping me take my order he stated the sensors or the headset was acting up I finally took my order and the lady in there was talking under her breath saying rude stuff your night shift is freaking horrible it was 8:20 and y'all close at 11 you just lost a customer and I'll make it loud and clear not to come to this location ever again horrible customer service and took forever to give me cold food I can't believe my experience here was this horrible do better Arbys!!! And don't tell me y'all where short staff because there was literally no one in line and there where 3 workers or more
I have been coming to this Arby’s for almost 30 years, and can’t recall ever having a problem. The staff is friendly and they recently remodeled their dining room area. Clean bathrooms, fair prices, short wait times usually.
Stopped by at 3:30 on Sunday and was not served! The building looked dark, but I went to the drive thru because Google states they were open. I sat at the speaker for a few minutes without an answer so I assumed they were closed, but when I drove past the window someone was standing at the drive thru window. The person looked right at me! I looped around to the drive thru speaker again and said “hello”. No one answered still! Based on other reviews, this seems to happen often. I will not be coming back!
I drive a truck. I was hungry so I decided that I would have Arby's. When I got there I found out the dine-in was locked. My truck won't fit through the drive thru. It wasn't even 8 o'clock yet. It's crazy
Continues to be a nightmare at this store. Sitting in drive thru now 9 min. All the cars before me are gone. Finally someone acknowledged me. Rude as always.
The woman who took and filled our order was one of the most shockingly friendly people I ran into on that trip to Charlotte.Food: 5/5
