As I was placing my order at the drive through, it appeared that the wrong item was on the board. When I tried to correct it, the person said, “I got it”, but when I got my order at the window, it was incorrect. I tried to let the person at the window know. The manager came to the window asking what is the hold up? They were all rushing and not caring about providing quality customer service.
Got my order wrong the first time through the line.. took my order and receipt through again the second time and it was still wrong. We got 2 double cheeseburger meals, a 10 piece with BBQ and a big Mac meal.. What we got.... 2 four piece nuggets and a big Mac... About $10 worth of food.. went back and the "manager" brought us a big Mac meal, and a double cheeseburger meal.. about another $10 worth of food. Sorry, how do you mess up a meal twice in a row after looking at the reciept of what we bought.. there's better McDonald's elsewhere. This place should be closed....
I went to this McDonald’s on Tryon St and I sometimes go here for a little midnight snack. This time I had been waiting in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes in the second line which was no problem at all. Someone further back in the line honked their horn and one of the employees came through on my speaker saying “don’t honk your horn, etc.” and I politely explained that that wasn’t me who honked their horn and that it was someone a few cars back that did. I then waited another 10 minutes in the line while others in the closet line we’re getting their orders taken and the next time the employee got back on my speaker she said “I talked to my manager, I am not serving you since you honked your horn.” I politely explained again “oh, that wasn’t me who honked their horn, that was another driver.” And she still refused to serve me despite the fact that I told her this multiple times and she simply said, rudely “I am watching you, I can see you.” And I said again “I understand but that wasn’t me who honked their horn earlier, I have just been sitting here, that’s all.” And she said again “I can see you, you have a good night.” After waiting for almost 30 minutes to just have some comfort end of the night food I was accused of honking my horn when I didn’t and I was talked to in a disrespectful manner and told to leave when I had done nothing wrong. I know it sounds dumb but it was not alright to be waiting that long only to be wrongly accused of something I didn’t do when all I wanted was a burger and fries. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s because of that employees disrespect and rudeness.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE PLEASE!!! The workers are rude and act like they job is suppose to be just sitting around scratching their butts. I've given them two chances and I don't think a third one is needed. The first time they didn't give me and my friends all the sauces we asked for. And their smoothie machine is always down for some reason. On top of that my last visit didn't happen all the way. Pull up to the drive thru me and my friend can barely hear her and then when we say "hello" so we can order the girl gonna shout "WHAT!?", we just pulled of cause no one has time to have their food messed with by people who shouldn't be taking orders at all!!!
Yesterday evening at about 7:45PM, I went to the drive thru of this McDonalds and waited approximately 10 minutes without anyone from the restaurant trying to take my order. Finally, I pulled around front and went inside to find no one at the front cashier station and employees walking around eating food. When I confronted the employee about why no one was taking drive thru orders she couldn’t answer so I asked for the manager. The manager stated it was because he had to re-boot their ordering system. When I asked why he didn’t send someone out to tell the long line waiting why there was no service, he tried to blame it on someone else. I will never go to this McDonalds again!! Absolutely horrible!
Decided to go at drive thru at exactly 10:52 pm. When we pulled up to order and was met with nasty attitude from worker, apparently because she couldn’t “hear us” even when we kept repeating we needed one sec. She then proceeded to say we had 5 minutes to order our food because her shift was changing. We received the wrong food as well. She was very disrespectful and had the worst attitude, this all happened today on 11/24/2022.
The adults that work here are amazing these kids are very disrespectful can’t simply get an mobile order right and it’s simply give a code and pay I went in the morning to a little girl with a attitude because she didn’t know what she was doing I just be wanting my food and to go don’t nobody have time to go back and forth with a child and definitely not a child who threatens people because some of us are not walk or drive away type of people watch how you talk to people you never know who they are or what there capable of
Stopped at this McDonald's they had 2 lines open I had already ordered thru the app I get to the order machine ready to give my number the worker she. told me to hold 3 times each time she took the order of the other lane after a few minutes between orders so after 14 minutes of this cycle. I went 600 feet to cook out got a burger 2 sides a large drink and a milkshake for 10.91 better price and service than I got from this McDonald's
Very bad experience with my food and a worker that was playing in her hair several times while fixing customers food with her hands. This is very nasty and unprofessional to be going on. Unacceptable Where is the limit on hair length, where is the hair net!!
They always have an insanely long line. But it's usually pretty fast and all of the workers I have come in contact with act like they don't absolutely hate their jobs. I always come late night and never have any issues
