I placed a pick up order on the app. When I got there it wasn’t ready when I got there. I got there at the time it said it would be ready. Which was fine I could wait I had to place another order as well. When I got my pick up order they made the sandwich wrong. I asked them to remake it with no attitude because I work in fast food so I was trying to be kind and patient. I told them my other order when I placed it there it was togo and they made it for dine in. So they was walking around with my food. Well when I got home from getting my food the sandwich they messed up barely had any Buffalo sauce on there. I wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich not a regular sandwich with barely any buffalo. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Also the cashier lady was so rude!
Unfortunately, everything about our meal was not acceptable. Sweet tea we ordered was unsweetened. Beef and cheddar, had no cheddar. Curly fries were cold. I was starving and still barely ate any of it. Will not be going back to this Arbys.
I know, I know. It is Arby's. It is fast food. It is etc...etc... However, the Arby's in Clarksville has a different vibe from most every other fast food eatery. The workers give a care, which is not all that usual. No, I am not some Arby's henchman desperately trying to drum up business. I am just a chap wants to give credit where credit is due.
Tried both new burgers had to wait........burgers were cold and RAW !! Fries were great. Burgers and chicken sandwich looked like a 2 yr. Old put them together and were not dressed as I had asked for. Good money waisted . Was at home was not coming back out!Food: 1/5
I only gave 1 star because the drive thru person answered quickly. I ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches 2 beef and cheddar bacon and 2 French dip subs . We we're the only ones in drive thru and no one was in the restaurant because it was early. Yet we still waited 20 minutes for the food. When I got home I I opened the sandwiches revealing very red bloody meat. Blood on buns. Every sandwich was like that! I called immediately and spoke to a manager who rudely informed me the roast beef is perfectly safe at 138 degrees . Unsatisfied. To me itf it's bloody it's unsafe. I worked for Arby's for 2 years and we never pulled roast beef early and served it at 138 degrees we never served bloody roast beef. Clearly the roast beef was NOT done. The manager did nothing more about it will not return to that restaurant. I don't eat bloody meat on blood soaked buns. And I have never gotten roast beef like that at any other Arby's restaurant. Also the sandwiches weren't hot and the fries were over salted. This is completely unacceptable. We have a call out to corporate
Average! My roast beef had no flavor, like it had seen soaking in water, my curly fries were more cold than hot, and the drive-thru staff was indifferent. Zero smiles, customer service was nonexistent.Food: 3/5
Used to be my favorite fast food place. Now the food is always cold and old. I had a French dip a few days ago and idk how but the bread was like rubber and the meat tasted like it had been sitting out for days.Food: 2/5
This Arby's is a good one! Friendly and helpful staff. Love the French Dip! They're not stingy with the meat. They make a good sandwich, and the fries are always freshly made. If you're hungry for Arby's this is the location to hit. The people that work there make it a good store. There just regular folks. Treat them kindly and they might throw a little extra meat on your sandwich!
Friends took me here, essentially my only visit ever. We dined in. Portions are huge. Easily the leftovers are another meal for most. Prices are high end for fast food but so are the items they serve. Staff at counter very efficlent and personsble. I already have returned.
I door dash food from here about 10 times a month. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Zero leadership, training, responsibility or accountability!!! The only time I can get an order from them that is correct. Is in person. Everytime the order is wrong I call the manager and have them read back my door dash order. Which is always correct. The problem has never been door dash. The problem has always been Arbys. Hard to believe the workers in this industry want 15 dollars an hour or more, to work fast food and they can't get simple orders right. And this is not a sporadic issue. It's a consistent one.
