Chick-fil-a has reduced the amount of chicken in their chicken wraps. This location also had 2 broken ice cream machines. One of them has been broken for a while, the other gave out around dinner time. Gotta keep them machines in tip-top shape during Peach Shake season! Food: 3/5

Chick-fil-a is losing every advantage that used to set them apart from their direct competition. The meal you see pictured 4 piece chicken tender, large fry, and medium drink was more than $11. That's not even counting the $1.55 cheese cup that they forgot. Seems like they always forget something nowadays. And that didn't used to be the case. The value just isn't there anymore. My wife and I used to eat there a few times a month. Then maybe once a month. We probably won't be back for quite a while after seeing how high their prices have gotten. It's far from the worst place in town. It's just that we always used to feel good eating here. And now, every single time, there is something that makes the experience unenjoyable.

I don't know what happened but this place is falling off. My order is wrong every single time here lately. I literally stay at the window when I get my order because I know something is going to be wrong. Tonight I wasted $31. I received kids meal cups for my 2 combo meals which should have been medium size. They replaced the drinks. Then I noticed my milkshake and the whip cream were already melted and I had just got it. They replaced that. The cherry on top of the milkshake had a long piece of hair on it and when we got home, our fries had hair in them too!

Recently had a really bad experience. This was the 2nd bad experience in the last 5x I've been there. First time I ordered a salad and got home there was a dead wasp in it. Took it back and the manager on duty said I don't see what the problem is the bug is dead. Omg really. 2nd a month or so i went back I went and my order was messed up. The runner took it back and the manager came out and said we fixed your order it had lettuce tomato and cheese but it was only suppose to have bacon, there was no bacon the manager had me pull over while they remade my order and then she charged me for the 3.00 in bacon. I paid it but havnt been back bcvthe customer service hete is beyond disgusting and unprofessional. They used to be a great company but now only about the money. This review is bc I considered going back the orher day bc the food really is good but bc the management is sooooo bad and rude I opted to spend my money elsewhere. I really don't think I'll ever return.

My order was wrong, mistakes happen. The NICEST black girl delivered my food, she was wearing a traffic vest, I wish I had her name. I let her know my order was messed up and she apologized and took it back. I was supposed to have a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and another with just bacon. I received 2 with cheese tomato and lettuce. The manager comes out and says she has to refund the order and re wring it and collect the difference. Now I've worked today, went to physical therapy and am picking up what I think is going to be a quick easy dinner for my husband and I. It is not and she really does come out to collect the 3.00 difference. Customer service at its finest. For my inconvenience they should've gave me the bacon. I'm not going to argue with her but I won't be back...over 3.00. I'll drive over the bridge and go to Culver's. Really poor customer service in my opinion.

Normally this place has excellent customer service. Tonight was the worst I've experienced at any chick fil a. Disappointing. Food that i ordered, they didn't have, but still charged me for it. Didn't put it in the bag, didn't tell me about it. Get home, to find out they charged me over 12 bucks for fries and a diet coke. Went back up there to get the missing food and they told me they were out of it. But they would refund me or switch my order to something else. So then, they didn't refund me the difference on what i had to get, since they were out of the original ordered item. Spend hundreds of dollars here a month but not anymore. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I am on a special allergies diet for a while and Chick-fil-A is a safe place. I have never had cross contaminated food or gotten the wrong food. Fast service, nice people and great food! Dietary restrictions: The grilled chicken meal is great for allergies. No wheat or milk and the lemonade is so good and free refills.

The staff gave wonderful care! They were very attentive with my dizzy spells and making sure my balance was steady. Thanks for the great care! SherrieFood: 5/5

The food and service is great, but my order is never right. The last 3 times I've ordered here, the order was wrong. I will not go back to this restaurant and will stay with the one in Jeffersonville.Food: 5/5

Yummy chicken burgers and cool wraps! The best shakes to go too. We ordered peach and chocolate shakes and both were good. And while waiting, my son enjoyed playing in the play place in this location. Great area for families to dine especially those with toddlers!
