Not very big and selling mostly jackets. It has some hiking pants and sweaters, shoes, and a few items of the veilance collection super nice. The has some accessories too. I found what I needed so I was extremely satisfied. The staff is friendly and professional but not overbearing. Worth a visit.
No need to tell that the products are awesome and why you should definitely buy Arc’teryx goods. However, the team of this specific shop is just awesome. My girlfriend and I stayed 20 mins discussing with the crew where we should go to buy Salomon shoes in NY. They also advised us to go to a market find some really tasty chips! The team is passionate, responsive and so keen. Go visit them!
Wanted to look at buying a waterproof jacket. Not a great selection and i felt the staff were selective who they engaged with. If you looked the part and you looked then yes.
I’m a big Arcteryx fan and hoped for a broad range of options at this store but alas.., it was somewhat disappointing. Really didn’t have too many options, didn’t carry all sizes and hardly had anything exclusive. The main website is still the best option whereby to get what you want. And the instore prices were high. So I won’t go back, but if you’re a first time Arcteryx buyer, it could be useful to go there and figure out the perfect size before you shop online.
Hollie was super friendly and helpful when I was having a lot of issues with obtaining my gear, and now I have the ski jacket I wanted!
Older woman working has horrible customer service. Went in asking advice about a product and she was completely uninterested in helping me, even going so far as to act like my questions were stupid. Way nicer at the Broadway location.
Great and personable customer service. Was going to return, but was convinced to keep the item.
This is by far the biggest Arc'teryx store in town with most popular jackets shoes, pants and accessories you know what I am saying if you have been to other Arc'teryx stores in Manhattan. Also good interiors and helpful staff.
Worst customer service in store ever. Charging that much and still couldn’t provide good service is literally outrageous. The sales assistant would simply stand there like a stone statue and don’t give a **** about the customers AT ALL. Avoid at all cost.
I’ve loved this brand for decades and while it costs a premium, the quality and workmanship is unequalled. I have worn an Alpha SV and their climbing harnesses since the 1990’s. Most recently I purchased my second Atom LT. The shop is small but had what I was looking for and more. Plus it is conveniently located near Spring St station—a nice plus.
