I’m currently in the process of looking for an apartment and although I have not yet signed my lease, I want to point out how helpful and attentive Wendy is. She is your go to for your apartment search. So grateful to be working with her!

They kept on asking for new documents everytime I follow-up with them eventhough I had given them what they asked beforehand. Also they won’t refund my holding deposit so beware of applying with this apartment complex.

If you like living with roaches, this place is for you. It’s infested with them. All my neighbors have them, so there is literally nothing you can do to get rid of them because they travel through vents. I’ve done all the spraying traps etc and it does nothing. There’s literally no solution to it

Wendy in management is AWESOME!!!. Willing to go above and beyond to help. I absolutely LOVE living here. Great location close to work and school. Superb maintenance, fun resident events. Good neighbors by far the best place to live in Phoenix. Thank u for doing all u do its greatly appreciated!.
