It's nice. I've lived here yep years now. It's not new but it's kept clean and in good repair. For such a central, convenient community it's surprisingly quiet. The pool and spa are nice. Covered assigned parking.
Was visiting a friend who stayed there from out of town...didn't realize before they have condos on short term lease there. Quiet and affordable...close to everything!
Nice clean complex. Simple, well kept and well priced. One bedroom has a great layout and does have W/D and a nice walk in closet. Gated community in the city, pool, hot tub, workout room, clubhouse, putting green, dog run etc. Friendly complex and Friendly management. Can not beat the location and price.
Complex is filled with about 50% owners and 50% renters, and not all rental units have the same upgrades, so prices vary quite a bit. There is a pride of ownership not found in a community of all rental properties.
