So far I've lived here for less than a month but it's been nice. The place is clean and new looking. Has a lot of amenities that I enjoy and enough parking. Also right near my work and a very nice part of Biltmore area.
I’ve been living here since May, 2018. This is by far the best managed apartment I’ve found. Front office staff is consistently helpful, polite and resident-oriented. Maintenance crew responsive, efficient and always helpful. I feel comfortable and appreciated at the District.
Loved this place initially but the pool area has become a frat party area and I no longer enjoy being here
