the water that floods your apartment will be cleaner than water you’re suppose to drink. and don’t expect any response from management! The manager, Giovann is just blatantly disrespectful to residents and will ignore all your concerns. Don’t live here

Stunning. Everything about these are Luxury. This is why I love Arizona, the designers and architects know exactly what they are doing. An actual Resort style pool and hot tub. They are beautiful and a great location. Felt super safe here.

I was pleased with the quick response from Jonathan. He brought in some temporary window units to keep us cool. The next morning he and another gentleman fixed my air conditioning issue. Thank you both for your professionalism.

Ownership does not keep up with the property. Common areas are run down and falling apart. Resident turnover is high, to cope with that they now have daily rentals through WanderJaunt, which invites transient guests who cause a lot of problems. Stay away! Not so luxury apartments.
