The best apartment community in this area. Clean well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended great place to make your home.

This is an awesome place to live! The maintenance and office staff are wonderful and quick to respond to your needs. You aren't far from Tempe or Scottsdale, and there are great shopping complexes down the street. There are covered parking spots and the apartments are newly renovated. I feel very safe and comfortable living here!

Was nice until management changed about a month ago. Now there is no auto-pay, maintenance requests are ignored, and there are hidden fees on top of the rent

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! I WISH I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE NUMBER. THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS THE WORST. I WISH I DIDN'T LIVE HERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DID. SO WHOEVER IS LOOKING FOR PLACE TO LIVE. THIS AINT IT CHIEF. TRUST ME. :

It's a nice quiet place to stay. But when needed something to be fix in the apt. It take days or even months. And sometimes I don't get reply back from the office saying why is it taken long. And it would be nice if the office communication. That would be helpful. Thank you.
