Josey is awesome. She made me feel so welcome. I've never had an easier time leasing an apartment, and I can tell the staff takes pride in making a friendly environment.

New management sucks Priscilla is the most rude unprofessional person in the world she don't care about you or your family's needs. she will throw you out of her office if she don't like something. Residents have no water running. Rats every where. And she does nothing about it. I miss old manager Cesar he had respect and dignity.

Management is terrible. I told them about rat infestation and they questioned my integrity. I told them about daily thefts on vehicles they told me I was parked in wrong spot. If you complain about management they take it personal and will try to evict you. There are too many apartment complexes in Phoenix to waste you time here.
