I just toured the Gateway Scottsdale community and must say that it is beautiful complex. I loved the string lights and the water fountain. I just applied for a unit and hoping to move soon

Kary the apartment manager is so great! She has went above and beyond to make our move in and stay here such a great experience! I highly highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for anything! Our apartment is amazingly upgraded it’s simple beautiful and bring us so much peace! I love it here!!

Kary is amazing. She got me and my family taken care of. Definitely felt prioritized. So authentic and genuine so glad we decided to move in. Beautiful property. With everything we’re looking for. Thank you Kary your awesome!

Newly renovated Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom Apartments.... it's like they are brand new!!!

Kary made moving to these apartments about as smooth and simple as it could possibly be! Grateful to always have her as someone to talk to and help out whenever I need it! If Kary wasn’t working at this apartment complex and didn’t make things so smooth I don’t think I would have applied to live here!

I just recently took a tour at Gateway Scottsdale with Kary but was not ready to rent at this time. But I did want to leave a review and say how beautiful the property is and will definitely come back when I am ready to rent. Kary is awesome and has helped me so much and I just want to say how much I appreciate her help.

I moved here from Wisconsin and no I didn’t come visit first I talked to Kary at gateway and she helped me so much with my transition she was helpful,nice,very knowledgeable about the apartments and upon meeting her for the first time when I made it here she was warm hearted and very kind I thank her so much and I love my place
