Arcadia Family of Companies

Arcadia is a phenomenal retirement community! My Mom and Stepdad moved in there in 1994. When my Stepdad fell ill, they cared for him until he passed. My Mom is now 98 and doing remarkably well. Arcadia cares for their residents, keeps them safe, and goes the extra mile for them. Their fast action when covid struck protected so many. We’re so fortunate to have them taking care of our Mom!

They have a lovely staff, it's secure and has so many amenities to offer with a goal to comfort their residents from the time they move in throughout their stay. All have been compassionate & caring - we are fortunate that our parents found a good HOME!

I've never been to the place, I actually live in South Florida. I just had to write a quick review because when I called in multiple times a woman named Tracy has the happiest, most cheerful tone I've ever heard. Especially for someone working. Her tone was so amazing to me, it made me happy. Give her a call, tell her Jason from Florida said Hi!

I am a lyft/uber driver and I pulled into this place to pick up a resident. The sign out front says no u-turn but if you are picking someone up it forces you into a u-turn. The security guard waved myself and my passenger over to the side and proceeded to scold me for making a u-turn into the building and stated that if I did it again they would turn my license plate info over to the police and prosecute for trespassing on private property. The resident was embarrassed and extremely apologetic but in my opinion the security guard should be spoken to about their people skills. This was uncalled for and the residents have every right to be picked up and dropped off by whomever they please.

Arcadia has the best musical entertainment! They regularly have a full 20 piece big band that really brings back a lot of good memories.

Idiots cut down the most beautiful kukui tree over 50 years old or so for absolutely no reason. So much for malama the aina.

Am thinking this will be a good place to retire to in a few years!
