I Called Before & They Had Everything I Needed Once I Got There, Gave Me Advice On What Was Better For My Car & Safety. Prices Are Amazing Too
I come here as a last resort to get car parts my mechanic or dealer can't get. Sometimes just for motor oil and small items because they're in the neighborhood. However I don't like coming here. The register staff is gruff and standoffish, their customer service is lousy. EVERY TIME I COME HERE regardless of how many customers are in the store, I have a sizable wait. At times there are 3 or 4 associates doing NOTHING behind the counter and just refuse to come to the register to ring up anyone's items. Many times I see people just put their stuff back and walk out. Some of the staff seem to place priority to customers they know personally or order often. However that shouldn't matter if people are waiting on line. I'm very familiar with the Arch chain and how to purchase, this location is failing at customer service and I ain't think that management cares. I don't experience this on Utica, Atlantic or Hollis branches. What's sad is when it's your own people and culture acting ignorant as well. Iike I said, well stocked parts store, but they can use some much better sales staff, the current members leave much to be desired.

Arch Ave D best place to get all your car parts, I was there yesterday and even the manager help me to get my ac o ring where I was searching everywhere for. Thanks to arch and staf.

Most recently I have been using Arch Auto Parts for my parts needs. On two different occasions this year, and following my information about my vehicle, the store reps asked me for the location of the car. The two representatives each walked across the street to confirm additional information to facilitate my purchase. That's truly Customer Service!
the customer service here lacks a bit and the price are quite high compared to online, but if your local and cant wait they usually have whatever you need in stock
I was at your 3354 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn NY11208 to buy front and rear blades for my Toyota 2016 Highlander on 05/04/2020. I was unable to change or fix it and l went back to store the following day for assistance from staff. I was asked to wait for sometime before one of the three staff on the front desk to help me out. I waited for more than 40 minutes with hope that l would get the assistance to fix it. But unfortunately after all the customers in the store left l went to the person who asked me to wait. He now said that it was a simple thing and he would not assist me again, l explained that to him l have tried but unsuccessful that was why was requesting for assistance, he didn’t change his stand. I now asked him to return the blades, he said fine. I didn’t return it and went out to a Machnic shop and I got it gone. To my opinion , your staff behavior to customers are not good and they need to be retrained. Thanks Austen
This location has plenty of parts that you may need to fix up and tune up your vehicle yourself. If you have patience and understanding you can go to these places and give them detailed parts that you may need for a project vehicle or a part that is worn and you want to be proactive and change. They are very helpful if you provide the name make model and year and in some cases the vehicle identification number. They can help get you the right part for your vehicle the first time. The more information you provide the staff the better they can help steer you to a great solution
