Story

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup that creates natural, beautiful eyebrows with a handheld tool. If you have over plucked your brows or would like a fuller, more defined, darker or reshaped look, microblading will be perfect for you!

Microblading is a form of tattooing. Traditional tattooing, uses a machine. Microblading artists apply each hairstroke with a handheld microblade. The result is a very fine line that resembles actual hair. Each individual hairstroke is hand drawn on and blended with existing brow hair.

At Arches we use a process called 3D Eyebrows, hairstrokes are made in a specific pattern across the brow, creating a 3D effect.

Microblading takes two appointments. #1 appointment, the client and artist have a consultation to find out exactly what can be accomplished and preference of the client. Brows are drawn on so both can agree on the shape, etc. After the procedure there will be mild scabbing. You will be instructed with aftercare specifics. Complete healing takes approximately 6-8 weeks

#2 appointment is a touch up 6-8 weeks after the first session. We will be able to see how your skin has received the ink and make any necessary adjustments.

Being that microblading is semi-permanent, most clients will need a touch-up approximately once a year.
