They cheated me of over 3200$ and have not returned my security deposit. Refused to mediate with the AG office. It’s going to be a long battle before I get my money back. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent this property. Equity residential LLC is a scam. I hope they get audited for their fraud.

I have lived her for almost 6 months and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff are excellent. Maintenance is fast and efficient and the building is perfectly located between the hubbub and transit of midtown and the quietness of the west side.
