I want to begin with the HIPPA law, The HIPPA law protects the privacy of patients information. While your giving your information at the back counter, there's a Camara facing all the patients, your information is being recorded. The so call owner who's name is Albert, speaks down not only to his employees but to patients, rudely and most of the time disrespectful. One pharmacist who was employed there left because of his verbal abuse, that pharmacist was excellent, he knew all his patients and the patients were comfortable with him. For the elder patients who are on Medicare that have insurance with over the counter, He charges a fee of $8.00 extra on they're OTC card, which is illegal and patients are complaining about it. Patients who don't have to pay a copay are being charged a copay. He's constantly speaking to patients as though they are stupid it ignorant. I've witness this on several occasions in which it is unprofessional and downright disturbing especially when it's done to patients who have disabilities, I'm not exactly sure why he treats patients in that manner but he's getting reported immediately because that type of behavior to patients is unacceptable, and absolutely unprofessional. The staff who I will not mention are very professional and it's sad on how they take that verbal abuse, No wonder the pharmacist left that pharmacy. When there are no employees working on a Sunday he has children below the age of 18 filling prescriptions, . HE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY. People stay woke and check your prescriptions thoroughly, make sure it's correct, That'll be all

I'M GIVING EVERYONE THE HEADS UP , WHOEVER IS USING ARD PHARMACY TO GET THEIR MEDICATIONS, TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. ALTHOUGH THE GIRLS ARE GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL, THE OWNER IS NOT AN HONEST PERSON, FOR THOSE ELDERS WHO HAVE OVER THE COUNTER OTC STOP USING IT THERE, HE'S CHARGING $8.00 TO GET OTC PRODUCTS, OTC DOESN'T CHARGE ANY PAYMENTS FOR OTC PRODUCTS ELDERS BE CAREFUL PEOPLE I SENT TO HIS STORE IS NOW LEAVING AND TAKING THEIR MEDICATIONS TOO DIFFERENT PHARMACIES. IM AN HONEST PERSON AND AM LETTING IT KNOWN WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS THAT MAN THE OWNER ALBERT IS RUNNING.. IT'S TOO BAD I CAN'T POST THIS WITH ZERO STARS, SO ARD WILL ONLY RECEIVE 1 STAR DUE THE ABUSE AND SCAM HE'S DOING UPON PATIENTS. HE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY HE SPEAKS DOWN TO MANY OF THE PATIENTS BECAUSE THEY'RE ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT MEDICATIONS. SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST, NOT THE OWNER.

My fiance and I went to get passport pictures there and they were really nice. We had some issues with the pictures because our ears were no showing, so we went back another day and they re did our pictures free of charge.

Don't come here for Amazon pickups. They have shelves of packages and make you find your package yourself. It's confusing and the staff don't want to help. When I asked for help, one employee looked at me and said nothing. I complained and another employee said I'm supposed to do it myself. I've picked up Amazon packages multiple times at pharmacies like this one and staff were always nice and got the package for me. Also, this place had all their packages out in the open which isn't safe and anyone can come and easily steal. Other places have their Amazon packages behind a counter.

My daughter suffers from severe eczema on her hands and feet, and someone recommended me to call ARD PHARMACY and speak to Albert. I told him the issue and he told me he can help. He made a cream i couldn't believe my eyes this was a ' MAGIC CREAM" i have tried many creams and all of them had steroids which helped for a few days and when I stopped using it, it came back again. The cream he provided me was all natural, no steroids and it was reasonable and affordable price. Not only it worked he also told me it was a multi purpose cream which can be used for; DIAPER RASH, PSORIASIS, ECZEMA, BURNS, ITCHING, SCRAPS. I could not believe my eyes, it actually worked. Albert also told me that this cream is safe for any age. If i could give him 10 stars i would. AMAZING. He also follows up to make sure that it is working and to answer any question. Many people once they sell you an item, they forget about you. Not Albert. He and his staff are amazing and with you every step of the way.

I suffer from hemorrhoids, someone recommended me to call ARD PHARMACY and speak to Albert. I told him i have used all the creams from prescription to over counter which helps for few minutes and it comes back. I asked if he can HELP ME. He made a cream ON THE SPOT. i couldn't believe it started working within 10 min this was a 'MAGIC CREAM". I could not believe i was able to SIT WITHOUT PAIN, it actually worked. Albert also told me that this cream is safe for any age. It is safe for pregnant women as well since they get it more often. AMAZING. Albert told me to use it 3-4 times a day. After 2 weeks of using the hemorrhoid cream HE MADE; it had shrunk and it disappeared. He WAS always available to answer any questions. Staff are amazing, Dean, Annette, Zoila and of course ALBERT. I have already sent him 4 people and they all could not believe the results.

I ordered the compounded hemorrhoid cream from the pharmacist and it did justice nothing else worked. I was in so much pain and tried every cream on the market and this is the only one that treated my Hemmoroid!! Thank you So much.

The staff is supper nice and informative. The Pharmacis is amazing. I love receiving delivery of my medication at my doorsteps, also not only do I get it delivered, the pharmacist or the owner walks me through on the consumption of my medication. I will highly recommend them.
