Pharmacy never answers their phone! Otherwise, they were really friendly. But, calling isn’t the way to get a hold of them, you literally have to go in. I called the CVS 1-800 number and even they couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Just as an FYI!
They randomly violate their own store hours and do not update them anywhere. Bad customer experience.
Lines for pharmacy are horrible. I first waited for Pick Up for 10 munites just to be told to go to Drop Off, wait for 25 more minutes and then for 30 more again for Pick Up.
If you call you wait on hold for 30 min and they pick up and hang up to drop you. Happened multiple times. They are busy I’m not blaming the staff but put a cost benefit analysis together and get an intern. Everyone wants a job right now. Get an intern or two during peak times. This is absurdly poor management.
The worst pharmacy ever,every time when my doctor sent prescription the people in pharmacy always said,our machine is down,we never recived your order...I have to switch to another pharmacy....wish I give zero star....but never had any problems with another pharmacy....only this location
it's a CBS. the pharmacy staff is nice
