The food looked very good but the taste was a little bland. Everything was served in disposable plates and cups. They had sauces that paired well with the food but seamed to be sitting out for long periods of time. They had a band the day we went and it was very fun. Vegetarian options: Cheese, veggies, and corn based plates Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there Parking: Big parking lot
8/8/21 This is the second time I go to this location and it was busy that day the food the ambience and music this service is very nice but the service was a little slow there was only one person serving. Sometimes you see more than three people at the cash register at a time what they’re doing. I think that they should have more than one server especially when gets busy because you will have to wait longer To get your food. Gaby is a terrific server and person!!!!
FRAUD! Everyone don't go to this place, they charge extra taxes. Each item has been added tax already, and at the bottom they still charge tax again. Plus they put directly 20% tips on your bill to pay. Been there before cuz everything else is fine. But definitely not coming anymore. Don't be fooled, check the bill before paying. But they will still try to give you some weird reason, at the end they will still have u paid the doubled tax and the 20% tips or whatever percent they want. Just when I thought ppl from Venezuela were nice. What a shame .
I love it!!! Friendly staff and delicious food.
Always come here whenever in the mood for some Venezuelan. The food is always good and so is the service. Usually their patacon is on point but yesterday the fried plantain was over well done, more so like a burnt chip than a golden brown crispy fluffy toston which is what it should have been. I guess the chef had an off day because thats not always how we have gotten it in the past. They need to stay consistent and pay attention to details. It shows love for what you do. Hope it was just this one time and not going to be a thing with them dropping the ball like that. I'd hate to have to shop for another place. This one is already nearby me and convenient and we been loyal customers since they first opened up. Noticed many places in the same neighborhood have dropped their quality of food due to fulfilling high demand for pandemic online orders that get less attention to details, which sucks! Just fyi, loyal customers do notice!
Husband and I used to eat here often. Tried them yesterday again and we were very disappointed. We got 2 arepas, not only were they super bland and didn't taste fresh, but the cheese in both was so sour. It was really gross, you can smell the cheese, idk how they didn't catch it.
Big portions but no flavor! We got a chicken arepa and a pork arepa and both were so bland and dry. 2 stars because the yuca fries and green sauce were great.
Arepas grill is a Venezuelan restaurant and its a delight ! I tried the arepas filled with beef plantains cheese so incredibly yummy ! Service is great ! Restaurant is cozy has a bar also. This is my second time here One Arepa was extremely filling . Arepa is a type of food made of ground maize dough stuffed with a filling, eaten in the northern region of South America so delicious ! Parking: Large parking Lot
Amazing venezuelan food! They were super nice and even help me carry everything to my car I had a big order for Christmas will def come back to dine in.
I love this place. It is a nice, cozy spot with amazing food. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. I have only tried some of the arepas here and they are bursting with flavor. The shredded meat is well seasoned. There are also tasty vegetarian options. The lemonade here is delicious - not too sweet, not too sour with added flavor from the sugar used. Highly recommend.
