I've been living in an Argo-managed building for over two years, and my experience has been fantastic! Van Pham of the management team is always responsive and attentive to any concerns. The building is well-maintained, clean, and secure. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and professional. The common areas are always spotless, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend living in an Argo-managed property!

I had an invoicing issue that needed to be resolved and Van Pham is hands down the best at what she does simply because she took the time to assess the situation and re-issue payments in a timely manner so Thank you Van!
Argo Real Estate owns this empty lot on Irvington Avenue in Newark NJ and after numerous emails and calls to get their property manager to remove the overgrowth of weeds debris and garbage , the city had to come in and fine them in order to get them to cut down the overgrowth that had become so chronic that it hung over my 6 feet tall gated fence over my driveway. Now, they are still being negligent by not picking up the debris that is being accumulated on their side of the fence which causes the debris to flow into my yard on windy days. Also in order to spite me, they do not mow the walk way grass closer to my home as you can see in these pictures. I will continue to demand that the City of Newark enforce their rules and ordinances that Argo repeatedly ignores.
