Two months of water leaking in 3 rooms in my apartment with absolutely zero done by this management company. Massive damage. They don't care. These people should be in prison.

In addition to losing leases, they also regularly lose rent checks. I lived lived in their building for over two year and still cant get a copy of my lease. Rent checks are processed a month after received, if they aren't lost by the office.

Never provided copy of lease despite requesting numberous times. Now they've claimed to have "misplaced" it. They have one person in the company who deals with leases who's not only bad at her job, but also a genuinely bad person.

Window half detached, heating problem... never ever seen the “live-in” super. Management office not responsive to email, uncontactable on the phone-redirected to Verizon operator?! I am not sure if they are bankrupted or...?
