Arizona Real Estate Sign Post Installations

Most unethical company I've dealt with in over 12 years of being in the real estate industry. Had them install a sign post on August 5th, 2017. After a week the post fell down. I noticed that at the base of the post there was a clamp installed because the post had cracked. Therefore I had received a defective sign post to begin with. I asked them to come out and re-install the sign post. They proceeded to charge me $20 for a 'trip charge' and told me that a thunderstorm caused the sign to fall even though I had documentation showing evidence of the faulty sign. I requested them to reimburse the $20 charge and they refused. They then told me they no longer wanted to do business with me and came out and took down the sign for my listing which was going on the MLS in 2 days. To cap things off they then refused to reimburse me for the original installation when they are the ones that decided to take it down and not do business with me. Extremely unprofessional and I suggest to any agent out there never to do business with them unless you want to continually be charged for stuff that is their fault. Use SIGN SETTERS as they are much more professional.
