Left a Toyota Tundra with them yesterday to re-do complete left side of vehicle after collision repairs. They did the original wrap. I called late today to ask status. I was told by my service adviser that she had no idea what she was supposed to do to the truck and they were several weeks out. Didn't seem too interested in incoming business. It would have been nice to get a call back to tell me this. Very irritating. Poor customer service.

We we're in a serious time crunch to have our new work van wrapped and they flew Francisco out right away. Francisco is one of the kindest, most hard working people we have ever done business with. He worked tirelessly to get the job done to perfection, all with a friendly smile and demeanor throughout the whole process. I've used AZ Pro signs frequently throughout the year back since Moby Dick was a minnow. Their quality and workmanship is unbeatable and hasn't changed through the years as they've grown from a little guy to a heavy hitter. Our fleet of vehicles stand out among the rest with the eye catching design and colors they used on our vehicle wraps. The many banners and signs they've made for me (some of which have been in use for YEARS) still look great. Call them, email them, whatever you need to do....they will take care of you. - Jim.
