The science center wasn’t bad but they were way too many rough public school students pushing their way across the exhibits. they needed a little more activities for toddlers and kids up to age 5. I feel like they should have a special time that field trip students come through so that they are not mowing over the other paid guests. it was a little difficult to find the parking garage but once we did parking was easy and it was only three dollars. I gave it three stars because it needed more interactive activities for young children. The security guards were sweet and they were excellent at doing their jobs. The security guards were so nice they even directed people and told them where to go to get safely to the garage.
The Arizona Science Center is truly a gem, offering the best hands-on experience in the world of art and science. My kids and I recently visited and were blown away by the wide variety of exhibits and activities available. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were greeted by the cheerful and knowledgeable staff, who were more than happy to answer any questions we had. They were patient and engaging, truly making the experience more interactive and enjoyable for all of us. The kids were in awe of the intricate details and creativity of these sculptures, and they even had the opportunity to engage in their own creations at the accompanying activity station. Next, we headed over to the "Your Brain" exhibit, which was full of interactive displays and games that taught us about the different functions of the brain. The kids loved learning about how the brain processes information and controls the body, and they were fascinated by the virtual reality experiences that allowed them to see how the brain perceives the world around us. Overall, the Arizona Science Center was an absolute delight for the whole family. The kids were full of wonder and laughter as they explored all of the exciting and engaging exhibits, and I have no doubt that they will be begging to come back again soon. If you're in the Phoenix area and looking for a fun and educational outing, the Arizona Science Center is definitely the place to be!

This place makes 3 hours with kids fly by. We LOVE this place and they manage to continuously keep us entertained with adjusting the exhibits just enough to keep us coming back. We loved the Balls of Fire experiment. All the employees showed us cool things and had us smiling throughout our whole experience.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$16–20
Anytime I travel will always visit the science center, and this ONE is definitely worth seeing! With over 300 hands on interactive exhibits, there is bound to be something interesting for you, your family, and everyone else! We were lucky enough to see the spider exhibit! It was super scary though It took about 1.5-2 hours to get through the entire museum! Give yourself enough time to experience everything! Peep the photos for some scary spiders
What a fun place for kids of all ages. I especially enjoyed the Arctic movie. The multi mead is is awesome and you really feel like your in the Arctic. The exhibits are very interesting and informative. Give yourself sufficient time to see all of them.
Took the kids here this past weekend and the loved it! They are teenagers and adults by the way lol It was nice to just experience something different. The only downside was having to pay for extra rooms in order to get in and explore the other rooms But we still had a great time, you will need at least 2 hours to explore everything and take your time.
Get a free family membership to the Arizona Science Center through June! Through AZ Ontrack on the science center website you can download a parent guide, answer some questions and get the free membership. Park in the heritage square lot and get a validation sticker to make it a fully free fun family day! We had fun on New Year's Eve day during the annual snow week. It's our little dose of winter here in Phoenix. Our favorite part was the parts of the body section... sliding through the stomach, throwing allergens up the nose, learning about nutrition and seeing how the body works. There are many things that need updated or replaced.
My 7 and 8 year old loved this place. We spent 3 hours here and still didn't see everything. Everything is educational but still really fun. Wasn't crowded at all on a Saturday morning. We'll definitely be coming back here.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
My family had a great time at the Science Museum. It’s been a few years since we have visited and it felt like the museum may have been scaled down due to covid. But it was still a good time. Lots to learn. We went on a Sunday around 1pm and the place was not packed at all. We did the whole museum in about 2 hours. I bought my tickets online which does not seem to make a huge difference because the place was not busy. Definitely a fun place for science lovers and learning.
