Wait time is great! However front desk check out receptionist made a mistake which caused me to have a balance on top of her not explaining the cost of the follow up appointment! Now i have a balance of someone elses error and with no sympathy given.

Staff is great!they care !Had surgery and was very pleased with everything. DR.Drummond is very concerned over his patients. He answers your questions and explains your options. I won't go anywhere else. I have never had to wait my appointments were all on time.

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I was called back, and the staff did not tell me when I checked in or returned my filled out paperwork that they were running late. I saw the doctor for less than ten minutes where he told me there was nothing he could do for me unless I came back every week for a month for a procedure my insurance did not cover. I got to pay the co-pay that was about 5 times more than what they said over the phone. I will never waste my time or money going there again.

Love the doctor, but the office staff books way too many apps. It's an hour wait everytime.

Wonderful doctors. Wonderful staff. Really like the staff that they have.
