Arkansas Department of Human Services

This IS the worst DHS I have ever had to deal with. They have Issues with everything I do. I have PROOF I did it but their records say we didn't turn them in. I have the YELLOW paper and the desk persons signature but yet they say we didn't turn the stuff in so NOW my family's food stamps has need reduced!!!! We turned in our bills rent lease and everything else REQUIRED they said would help us and its NOT and they lowered it!! Not to mention they stopped my INSURANCE and says my husband's work does not count!! Maybe it determines your race if they WANT to help OR not. I have a kid and we hardly eat!!

Had an interview with Mrs. Jacqueline Graham, she was very nice, friendly, caring, understanding, and she listened to everything I had to ask and say. She is an awesome woman. Mrs. Graham you rock. 🔥🔥🔥🔥😀😀😀

The staff here is very especially ny caseworker. I had to wait too but that is par for the course if any of you know anything about public service, seeing as how most of you are public assistance recipient veterans. Statistically thier clientele has an average of a seventh grade education. Maybe if adjust your dysfunctional approach, the counter will be more appeasing for. You catch more bees with honey than vinegar. Next, you people will be trying to ignite a DHS clients lives matters movement.

Very slow and they spend more time being rude and talking among themselves than helping customers.
