Talia was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a fax number. I tried to explain I was given a 479 number a few days earlier. She told me to just fax them there and she didn't care what the hell I put on it. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold for 15 minutes just to come back giggle and tell me they didn't have a supervisor today. She also told me the supervisor did not have a phone number but she would leave a message for them to call me. I still have yet to get a call.

I have called the 800 number several times every day for the last two weeks, still haven't spoke with anyone. I just hung up after sitting on hold for over three hours... THREE HOURS!!!! They might as well lock the doors and shut it down because they would make the same progress. Ridiculous. A waste of time. Do people actually get paid for putting people on hold for hours and ignoring them?!? I tried calling the dhs office for answers and after sitting on hold with them for 45 minutes, I was told to call the 800 number! What a joke!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. I had issues with our ARKids application and trying to get ahold of a person was nearly impossible. I called numerous 1-888 and 1-800 numbers which all apparently lead to this same call center. EVERY CALL I was put on hold for ten minutes while every minute a voice would come on the line and say "You're call is important to us, please continue to hold for the next available agent." WITH EVERY CALL at the end of thirty minutes, I would be put through to some line that says enter your phone number and pin. (like a voicemail for the ones that work there!)I HAVE NO PIN! I would try everything, and then it JUST DISCONNECTS YOU! There is no way to leave a message!! The MOST FRUSTRATING, POORLY RUN SERVICE I'VE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH. Welcome to government run health care, where I'm sure my opinion that THIS SUCKS DOES NOT MATTER!

tried calling multiple times to resolve billing issues.. first two times after being on hold 7 min each was told mailbox was full and was hung up on..3rd time sat on hold for more then 30 min was then hung up on again...worthless crap service ive ever seen...need to get your crap together access arkansas..
