I would highly recommend this company! They were prompt and up front with getting back to me with a quote! They gave me two quotes one low and one high and they were very reasonable and stayed with the two margins. The customer service was excellent and I am very happy with the repairs they did! I do not understand the bad review I just read. They were up front with the initial service call fee of $85.00. Any company doing work like this I have dealt with allways charged a service call fee up front! I was very pleased with the service and quote and would hire them again if need be!

I recently requested a quote for a couple of door installations/repair on Thursday, March 15 2018. A guy from Arkansas Door Service called me asking if I could meet him at my home. When I met him there, he did some measurements, took some photos and requested $85. He stated that they get $85 up front because they have gotten burned several times doing quotes for people and not being able to earn their business. Well, stupid me, I gave him the $85 thinking that he was going to give me a dollar quote. Well after giving him the $, he said "well it MAY be between $300-$500 but I hate assuming a dollar amount because I'm always wrong." He also told me that if I decide to hire them for service, they would take the $85 off the labor, which I was fine with. So he told me that his group would give me a call tomorrow (Friday, March 16th) to give me an official quote. At this point I am feeling a little sketchy because I have never given money out like that and I really felt a little scammed. Well, Friday around 3pm, I have not gotten a call yet so I decide to call them. A guy answered the phone saying they have been too busy to call me back, they didn't know if I wanted a certain frame or service, just all around BS excuses on why they never called me. Today is Monday, March 19th, I have still not gotten a call back with a quote. It would have been nice to get a call back. They took my money, and never even provided the initial service they promised. I don't know what the chances of getting my $85 back, but I am going to share this poor service with as many people as I can because this is bad business. All I wanted was to get a quote and hire someone to fix my doors, didn't deserve to be cheated out of money. I have NEVER had an experience like this.

Amazing customer service!  The technician  was extremely polite and professional.  They were at my house within 24 hours of my request and fixed my door on their first visit.  Would most certainly recommend them to anyone needing prompt, expert door repair.
