Safelite AutoGlass

Meh! We took our car to Safelite to get a tiny chip in our windshield repaired. It was hard to find before the repair, but it's been easy to spot ever since. Now we have what looks like a permanent bug splat. For a shop that does pretty much nothing but auto glass, one might think they'd have that figured out by now. Guess not.

In and out within an hour. Great service and very good explanation of what would happen as part of the process. Very good customer service.

I would suggest you take pictures all around your car's window frame before turning over your key to them. Also ask them to let you review the preinspection report before they start working on your car to ensure that you have no surprises as I did. Other than damaging my car with three tool marks on the frame and having to call corporate just to get the local manager to return my calls, and being blamed for the damage they obviously made, the windshield looks great. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly knowledgeable quick service! I was on vacation and my rear view mirror fell off from a previous windshield repair gone wrong. The bracket comes attached to the windshield so had to replace the whole windshield! Thought it would be a problem for days. This shop got me in right away, had my exact windshield in stock and replaced it within the hour! Great big clean shop with good coffee while you are waiting!!! Highly recommended!!!

The young lady Crystal that was sent out was spot on. She rocks in a major way and the work was perfect. Anytime work has been done on my car the come with TOP OF THE LINE service!!!!
