These people don't even deserve one star. I've been on the phone with them today 11/17/2015 since 10:00 o'clock this morning. Not to mention I've been calling every day for the last two months and cannot seem to get any help with anything. They canceled my insurance without notification to me and then proceeded to tell me it's my fault because they sent out letters to all their clients, I did not receive this letter. If I had I would have answered it and sent it back. They have all my information and know I am a client. They also hung up on me twice, transferred me countless times. I'm a student who has little to no money and is sick. I can't afford to go to the doctor and these people will give no help at all.

I think the other 1 star Google reviews said all I had to say. (God bless USA) NOT!!!!! People like this is what's wrong with this gross country
