Arlington Exxon

Gas station is a scam, they will randomly close off fuel pumps and keep one pump open that is 1 dollar more expensive then the advertised rate, if you are paying attention you will notice, if you complain they will say the pump you chose was meant for full service.

Been going here for years. Mr. Singh is excellent. Does my annual inspections and a few repairs. Half price compared to the Honda dealership across the street. Better quality.

Blew $2000 to get my truck back, have the service light come back on after pulling out of the lot, and having the truck not start two days later. Unbelievably horrendous service. Poor communication, I had to track them down on the phone every time to get an update despite them telling me they would "let me know before the end of the day" both of the two evenings I had to leave it there. Told me the oxygen sensor was the issue for my engine light four months ago, then told me the oxygen sensor was the issue again. When I said "that's what you told me four months ago" his reaction was this "oh, well, uh....." leading me to believe he just threw something together to charge me and get me out of there. Total sham, poor service, poor communication, never got the job done.

Expensive gas and causes my vehicle to ping. Stopped going to this location. May have water in the locations gas storage tank. Easy excess may not be worth the damage down to the engine.

Just got the gas filled, very bad experience! They use the lowest gas price to attract us. But the actuarlly price is so expensive !! When arguing with the cashier, he mentioned as the full service gas price. But we never saw any staff showing up and we did the gas by ourselves as well! Anyway, it is a trap! not recommend this station because it is not a fair way to do business this way.

Never, Ever, use your Credit Card here. Twice this year alone Arlington County Police have found skimmers installed inside the pumps at this station. And scores of local credit cards have been stolen and used in California. I won't come out and say the station owners are involved in these crimes but there is no excuse for not securing the pumps. I find it very hard to believe that they can't install functional security cameras for example. One instance could be over looked, but the repeated financial crime happening at this gas station has become a very suspicious pattern. I will never buy gas at this station, or anything else, ever again. I never say this sort of thing, but because of the owners ineptitude and the repeated hassle and expense to customers of stolen credit cards, this place deserves to be put out of business.

Fraud. Car was in repair for about 6 months, returned with demand to sign paper that I do not have complaints. 5 miles later engine light was back on. Stay away.

This Exxon is excellent in customer service when I acquire my annual vehicle inspection. The associates are always nice and the quickness of service is what is most appreciated. Thank you Exxon, see you next year.

I called ahead to ask how many people were in line for safety inspection. They told me only one person was ahead of me. I arrive 5 minutes later, at 8:45, and the mechanic informs me that the inspector won't arrive for 45 minutes. Thanks for nothing.

Took my car to charge the AC and it was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Great work from Oscar!
