I tend to get nervous before all interviews, but I did not feel judged at Arrow Staffing. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Interviewing with Matt Hughes was a positive experience, I thought I could have done better, but he contacted offered me possible positions and contacted me immediately with the confirmation and detail. I've worked for other agencies, but Arrow has been the best and I am willing to travel to work with them again. Arrow Staffing is one the best agencies I’ve been working for. I got setup with Matthew Hughes and he has been very helpful in so many ways from the beginning I walked through their doors. I definitely will recommend Arrow Staffing to all my friends and family. They have great jobs and opportunities here. The staff here is incredibly kind very helpful and professional above all. My experience here was great. From the moment you come in and are welcomed by Anahi Ruiz you feel very comfortable to ask any questions and plus she will check up on you and see if you have any questions about the application and patiently explain and help you through the process. My recruiter Stephanie Guzman is just amazing I know I'm in great hands. She definitely works hard to find placement for you. She very communicative and considerate on the type of job your looking for. Overall the staffing is great and have no complaints.

I have worked with Matt and he has been nothing but GREAT HELP!! Went in and met with him on Thursday, called me Friday for my interview was that next Monday and I started working that Wednesday.. it’s been about 3 months now and I’m getting hired on permanently with the company he placed me at, Anytime I have a questions, Matt is always available to assist me with answers and responds back to emails very quick! Matt Hughes at Arrow Staffing in Ontario is a professional. I contacted his agency about employment opportunities and they responded promptly with next steps to follow. I visited their office unannounced and he worked me in and spent ample time listening to my demands for employment and, in particular, what types of industries and work I'd be interested in. He matched me with a potential employer right away and, later the same day, arranged for an interview. He was knowledgeable, listened and managed the situation very well. I've had my share of agencies before and to be frank, they're not the best deal. However, when entering into Arrow Staffing, I was greeted right away and promised a position. I had my doubts, no lie, but Matt kept in touch with me until he found me a position with all I asked for. He got me a job within the week and I couldn't be happier with the hours and pay.
