I have been in the workforce for 35 years and I have a long-standing, positive history with Staffmark dating back 25 years. After having negative experiences dealing with numerous other agencies, once I found Staffmark out in Los Angeles County, Ca, they were it for me going forward. I have been referring everyone I know looking for work directly to them for years. I've worked with Beatriz out of the Ontario, Ca location in recent years and she totally rocks! Great personality, very professional, and always on top of everything. So, in 2019 when my 23 year old son was looking for a job with more hours than he was getting at his current job at the time, I referred him to Staffmark. He worked with Beatriz and she delivered big time! He was hired on permanently from his very 1st assignment 60 days into what was supposed to be a 90 day probation period. Yes 30 days early! A month before Christmas that year! November will mark 3 years with that same company. He loves his job and makes a ton of money! He still gets to see Beatriz whenever she visits his job location and he's always so excited to see her. We're both very grateful for our experiences. They were always available during our assignments with them and we never had a problem receiving our pay on time. They will get you the work assignments, but it's up to us individually to perform as we should in order to maintain them. Thank you Beatriz and to all at Staffmark- We love you guys! I have to say, from the time you submit your application, interview with an advisor, placed to an assignment that fits your background skills and scheduling needs has been made stress-free at Staffmark. I was fortunate to have my interview with Kristina the Recruiting Manger at the Ontario office. I have interviewed at other agencies that were devoid of any human connection – just an assembly line of get in and get out. The warm welcome you receive from the Ontario Staffmark associates when you enter the office is energizing. Kristina’s professionalism and kindness was refreshing and she took the time to learn about my background and what type of work would best fit my skills. When Kristina tells you that she’ll find you the right assignment please take heed she will deliver. I want to thank Kristina for finding me an awesome assignment not too far from my home. She even periodically checks on me to see if I’m still enjoying the assignment and if there is anything the company can do to help make the assignment go more smoothly. Fantastic organization! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. So, with the amazing customer service I received from Kristina and the Staffmark team – I’m giving Staffmark Ontario a 5 Star rating, and Kristina gets a 7 Star rating. I called for work, did the all the paperwork online just for them to tell me never mind pretty much. Don’t waist your time like I did.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not I repeat Do not come to this agency on Excise ave. Like the other reviews they are very very very unprofessional. They will talk over you like your a kid and then say you have an attitude. All the recruiters including the manager have poor people skills and are really rude. Specifically Arianna, Kimberly and the manager Beatris have no people skills. Don't waste your time with this place. And I see why there's a lot of negative reviews already

I called for a class C position in Moreno Valley and was turned away because I have not driven in the past 2 years due to finishing school and more. 2012-2017 while I was in the U.S. Army I delivered gas, water, ammo, food, and much more. 2017-2020 I got my class A and delivered propane by hose, 26ft flatbed, and 26ft box truck. I have the experience to drive trucks but apparently not since I’ve taken a 2 year break. I expected an understanding but that’s my fault.

Never again on God's green earth will i ever call them about a part time position racist individuals who work in that office...

Never have jobs to offer anyone. Better for me unemployment sees there not offering me anything.

Very unprofessional, I’ve been paid late many times. The ladies there are very rude. Kristina has the biggest attitude and is very rude. Won’t contact your employers if you call off. Overall they need to be talked to because one of these days they’re gonna talk wrong to the wrong person
