Art Stone Granite and Marble

Artstone did an excellent, professional job for my parents' small kitchen project. Jennifer was patient, informative, helpful, and welcoming. The installers were prompt, courteous, efficient, friendly, and very very good at their work. They worked well together and were finished with demo, install, seam, faucet core, and cleanup in two hours. The entire process took only a week from the initial meeting and slab choice. My folks are extremely pleased with the look and feel of the quartz, and how dramatically it changed their kitchen.

We couldn’t be happier than we are with our kitchen countertops! Art Stone’s owners, salesman, template person and installation crew are excelentes. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. My husband and I were amazed with the final product. I am very knowledgeable about stone and had remodeled three houses of our own before this one, but I NEVER saw someone so attentive to detail as Kalls!!!!! I choose waterfalls for my 102”x48” island. The Quartz Leon were installed last night. To this morning with all the lights on and the natural daylight, I still can’t find where the corners seems are. It’s the most amazing job I ever saw. As Kalls and James were working on the countertops, I could not go away for a second because I am passionate for stones and seeing the beauty of it coming out more and more due to Kalls’ hard and perfectionist job, was amazing. He is the best in this trade!!! Thank you so, so very much Kalls and James. They are true professionals and experts on their trade!!! And the salesperson, Clio, were tolerant with all my changes and very helpful in helping me get the best stone fir this job. I have sent pictures to all my family, relatives, and friends, some camelices to see for themselves, and everyone just loooved it!! They are very impressed with the quality of the job. We did a kitchen remodel and were incredibly happy with Art Stone's service! We tend to get overwhelmed with too many choices, but when we brought our details to the showroom, we were quickly helped to narrow down and pick a slab in less than a half hour. Also they went above and beyond finding a way to align the patterns and seams in a tricky corner. Delivery and install was easy too. Would highly recommend!!

Art Stone is just fantastic. The quality of their job made my kitchen a dream kitchen. From the start, Cleo gave me an amazing service, very patiently answered all my question and helped me choose a beautiful quartz counter top. After that, he was always on point scheduling the on site measurements and finally the installation that was made by Felipe and William with high professionalism and care.

We had a great experience with Art Stone. The turnaround time from measuring our countertops to installation was a little over a week! When the sink we picked out didn't work, Nathalia was quick to offer a solution. The countertops are beautiful and we are very pleased with how everything turned out! We will definitely be using them again for future remodels.

Jennifer, the main salesperson, knows her stuff and is a good saleswoman. How the follow through was terrible. She promised estimates two times, the first was over 12 days late, the second pricing was to try to seal the deal and I have yet to receive it 9 days and counting. Also, I had an appointment with her to pick out quartz for a new home under construction. She was 15 mins late which I can forgive, however during the appointment I felt rushed and had to make snap decisions as she was clearly hurrying to tend to other customers. I got 20-25 minutes to make choices for 4 bathrooms and a kitchen island as she was clearly distracted by other customers, which left me feeling I only had her partial attention. I would suspect doing business here maybe fine in less hectic times, but for those on a time crunch like me, I am going elsewhere...

If I could give no stars I would. Had the misfortune to deal with Clio, the worst salesperson I've encountered. I reached out because of their ad, and sent him my measurements. He told me he would review and get back to me. After no response; sent another email. Was then promised a call back, heard nothing, and did the stupid thing and gave them a third chance; no reply. If the owners are reading this, get rid of him! You're wasting money on ads when incompetent salespeople don't follow up on those ready to buy leads! I went to Home Depot reluctantly, and was surprised to find that they were very easy to deal with, extremely competitive in price, had a terrific selection and followed up regularly.

OMG Mari is absolutely wonderful!!!!! I uad sich a difficult time dealing with contractors and insurance and this woman basically held my hand and completely bent over backwards every step of the way!!! And once the granit arrived..... it was well worth the stress and the wait. Certainly will recommend!!!!! And hopefully i don't find myself in this situation again but if i do, THEY ARE MY CHOICE HANDS DOWN!!! Don't question it choose them ANDDDDD MARI!!!!

I had a great overall experience with Evelyn. She was pleasant to work with and they had a quick turnaround time for installation. The best part of working with them was the ease and timeless with which they corrected issues. I will confidently recommend this company to others.

The staff is so kind and helpful and I got a great price on my kitchen and bathroom countertops! They are very responsive to questions and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will use them on future projects!! Thanks Clio!
