Fantastic experience. I was not prepared for how easy this was going to be. I had an idea of what I wanted and Tracy made it happen quickly and easily. And followed up with phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend going here FIRST. You won't need to go anywhere else.

2006 called and they want their showroom back. We set an appointment with a salesperson to choose tile for our backsplash. The selection was horrible. I was trying to explain what I was looking for, but he was all over the board with his selections. I found a tile I liked, and asked to check out a board, or buy tiles to bring home and come back later that day. I was very pressured by him, and he stated he would be leaving early that day and basically wanted the sale now. He then went on to tell me the boards were very old, and have been there since he worked there, so they don't even match the tiles coming from the quarry now. Wait, what? The boards are not even updated? I understand natural stone can change, but 7-10 years is a long time to not invest in new samples. At that point I was getting frustrated, and he was dying to make a sale and just started showing me anything. Did I mention they ONLY allow you to return full boxes? First rule of sales is listen to your customer. Pressuring a sale will only make a customer walk away. Choosing tile is stressful enough, and it takes time to ensure the right decision. This showroom is incredibly dated, supplies and choices are low, the salesperson I dealt with was all pressure.

These guys were professional and efficient and extraordinarily helpful especially when it came to the replacing my defective tiles that I ordered on line and also ordering additional tiles for our project. Hannah rocks.?

Great selection of flooring. Staff is always friendly and available to help with your purchase. Available to take samples with you. Eazy 90 day return policy if samples don't workout.

Walked in a few minutes before closing to pick up some Schluter strips. Received excellent customer service! Great experience - thank you!

Couldn't help but notice all of the bad reviews... I believe this store is now under new management now, because my husband and I had an excellent experience there! We were greeted kindly, left alone when wanted, and when we did need assistance the staff was very helpful and informative. Although we are about 6 months away from needing our tile; we will definitely be back to this Tile Shop to get the help and assistance that we need. Not to mention they have a great selection and a beautiful showroom! :

My dad is redoing his bathroom and kitchen and we made an appointment to come in so we made sure that we would get the help that we needed, and I am glad that we did as it was Saturday and really busy. We met with Tracy and he was very knowledgeable and helped us find what would look the best in the space. It was a painless and quick process. Their showroom is huge and they have a great selection and the prices are fair for what you are getting. Customer service was spot on! I will be back for my home for future projects!

Wonderful store with very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Hannah, the assistant manager, has helped us with the remodel of our kitchen, then again with two bathrooms in our East Cobb home. She not only helped us choose tile, but gave suggestions for paint colors that would match. We will be back when it’s time to redo the fireplace, as well.

Purchased tile from the tile shop in Marietta. We had some issues in the beginning with delivery as it was during the time of our snow storm. I wasn’t happy but it later all worked out and they when above and beyond to get me what I needed. I will purchase from them again - such a wide selection and again the staff is helpful.
