Artemisia Botanicals

I’ve always loved browsing and shopping at this store for herbal needs, and their selection is by far the largest around, along with having an approachable and friendly but not overbearing staff. Having a need for a few specific items I opted to order online to avoid the visitor hordes this that descend upon Salem this time of year. First off — the shipping was lightning speed. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon likely their busiest time, but they had gathered and shipped the order out within hours. I received the package days before I expected to, and everything was sent with care. Highly recommend either in-store or online shopping!

I absolutely love love love this place. Such a wonderful kind and helpful staff. I am from PA and was here twice. I call this my pharmacy. I am able to get what I need and I LOVE their premade teas for colds and detox and many others. I hope they stay in business for a long time!!!

Not my first visit to Artemisia Botanicals and most definitely not my last. I annually visit Salem with my sister and we happened upon this awesome shop. Not only do we always find something great to take home, we are always blessed with fantastic customer service thanks to AJ! AJ is a gentle welcoming soul with a smile that lights up the room! I look forward to returning to Salem and that heart warming smile as often as possible!

We loved this little tea shop! Great witchy outpost for herbs and teas. Lots of cooking, medicinal, and herbal spice and tea mixes.

I was recommended this shop by one of the other witch shops in Salem for catnip. when I Went in I was amazed of everything they had. I got the catnip and my cat loves it. this is now the place where I will get my cat his catnip.

Truly lovely shop, my definite favorite among similarly 'eclectic' per se shops of Salem. The store has a perfect atmosphere, very cozy and the staff is happy to let you be while you browse but more than willing to guide you should you need help. Their self serve system for tea & botanical ingredients is greatly appreciate and very economical, and the quality of ingredients is always very good. My only criticism is that after coming multiple times throughout the year, they always seem to be completely out of sandalwood - understandable given its popularity, but I'd love to get some from you all! Please give this a visit when you're in town.

I just got off the phone with the owner, herbalist Terry. We spent a half an hour on the phone. She tried to help me find a naturopath in which she was successful in doing because she seen her years ago. All I can say is this woman has a heart of gold and she took the time to truly help me. This is the only place that I will go in the future to buy my herbs. Terry you are wonderful and I am eternally grateful for all of your advice and your kind words. There is not many people left in this world as kind as you. Thank you, Ashley Aresco.

Hostility as soon as i walked in the door. Told them i heard thru the grapevine i could buy a small amount of herbs at this location. The woman laughed at me and said she wont sell anything less than an ounce because she wont be able to stay in business. She was apparently offended that i asked. I felt really unwelcome and left without buying anything.

Wonderful place felt souch peace when i walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back if in Salem again.

There are all herbs you need in your craft. You will get your moneys worth here. I got A LOT of herbs and it wasn’t that bad at all!
