Heather was great! Super helpful and nice! Things are definitely pricey there however which is why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars, $43 for customization on my item when honestly, it was a dog tag and I didn’t get anything extravagant.. $43 is outrageous on top of the $32 it costed for the item without customization.

Bad customer service! I went in woman in front did not acknowledge me when I asked for help she went and grabbed an album put it down and said here you go look thru boxes over there. Extremely disappointed I have a portrait of my deceased grandfather and needed help in choosing the best frame to put it in. Frustrated I told her I'm leaving poor customer service she didn't once look at me and said yea ok. Horrible experience will take my money elsewhere. Get it together Things to remember employees. You're here to serve us the consumer Remember that.

Went to the store this morning and looked like they were going out of business. The sales person was rude and there were boxes everywhere in the store and trash all over. I wanted to buy something that didn’t need engraved and she offered me the options of coming back later or buy the display model. I felt like I was annoying them with my presence. Definitely not a good experience I much rather buy online since I don’t have all day to hang around the mall waiting for bad customer service to go in the stock puco up an item.

The staff in this store are so helpful and sweet. I wrote down the incorrect date for an engravement for a wedding, and I realized it too late after the engravement was already done. The staff were so willing to help me fix it and replaced the picture frame for me, and re-did the engravement. You should definitely come to this store if you want things done right and handled with care!

My wife and I purchased custom bracelets for our two daughters. They were ready in less than half an hour. Top notch service!

Always a fine experience usually a lot of bang for your buck and a very professional staff.
