This place is one of the truly un87ique, environmentally conscious and proactive shops in Vegas. Every time I go in I find something new a wonderful. The Orange Ruffy fish is a mild white fish as well as an invasive species.. they sell this along with fou grois, truffles, escargot, craft beers and charcuterie.  While expensive, this is one place where you truly get what you pay for. The owner is pasionate and extremely helpful in finding and shipping in exotic ingredients.

Artisanal Foods is a phenomenal place for foodies. 
The sellers are very enthusiastic, patient and professional. 
If you were lucky enough meet the owner, you would impress how incredible young man he is.
This place is already a feature of Las Vegas.

These guys really know service. Helped narrow down what type of caviar we wanted and even had it delivered to our room! Very accommodating staff.
