Bought two thin toughened shelves to lay on my new bathroom window sills. Rang up to check what size details I needed to give and they were really helpfull and explained the process of polishing the edges and the measuring tolerances. Once ordered, it was easy to check progress and they arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. Window sills look great now with their perfect fit glassy finish. Great job NEW YORK GLASS COMPANY!!

I bought a glass espresso desk, it's an incredible desk very fashionable and great quality. It was delivered on time as promised, I was once worried about the pure glass desk being delivered, but it was packed very nicely and there was no damage. The desk here comes with some small plastic feet that work perfectly to support the rug. Great service. I feel comfortable with their products

My mirrors of NEW YORK GLASS COMPANY has arrived and the reflect itself is stunning! It suits in so we’ll with my decor and a incredible addition to my exercising room. I additionally favor to thank who delivered my mirror. He was once outstanding useful . The replicate is authentic larger than me , so getting some matters up the stairs can be challenging. Mirror used to be stunning !!

From the start to finish, it has been a pleasure working with NEW YORK GLASS COMPANY on a mirrored backsplash for one of my projects. I do NOT recommend that anyone shop here. I bought my sister's husband an umbrella at the start of December to be delivered before Christmas. They canceled the order on December 11th without justification, so I placed another other for another umbrella on the 12th. They confirmed my order and gave me an estimated delivery date. Fast forward to the middle of January and my sister is asking me where the umbrella is. THEY DIDN"T SHIP THE UMBRELLA AND THEY DIDN"T EVEN NOTIFY ME. I was shocked. When I contact their customer support they told me "I'm super sorry for the late reply and do not have the item shipped" on January 14th. They then offered me a 10% refund for the item and I accepted because they said they would ship the item that day. Then on January 19th, they sent me an email saying "Unfortunately, we have reached out to the vendor and this item is out of stock and doesn't have a restock date. We need to cancel your order and refund your order in full." I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They can't keep track o their item stock, customers, or even customer service correspondence.
