We have ordered many doors from The Sliding Door Company. All have been beautiful but we did have an issue with one. Debbie Black in customer service did a wonderful job helping us. She not only listened and took the time to really understand the issue but most importantly, she was the one person who was able to get the issue resolved. She was in touch throughout the process and responded to all my emails and calls quickly. She even followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She is truly what customer service is all about!

Everything went well from my initial visit to Sliding Door Co. to our final installation. the sales person Joe Sauer knew the products very well and made suggestions to make sure the closet doors we chose were a good choice both for the looks and the fit. There were many choices of door configurations with different frame colors and panel finishes available . We were able to get an extremely good fit, even with uneven floors and walls because the track system was easily leveled and the doors slid effortlessly. We installed LED strip lighting in the closet so the doors could actually add soft light to the room. This was a nice bonus as well as the price which was considerably lower than custom cabinetry.

Highly recommended! We worked with Sliding Door and the installation team they referred us to - they measured and installed the door in a very difficult space with limited room and navigating a radiator on the floor, which requires a special size tailored to our home. It was much cheaper than the other quotes we got, and the material and workmanship is stellar. The installation team also showed up right on time at 9AM sharp, and were done in a few hours. They did a spectacular job, cleaned everything up and three hours later it was all done.

I have had and continue to have an amazing experience with my Sliding Door Company representative Joe Sauer. I stumbled onto your company after trying in vain to put the pieces together for a barn door install for my bedroom. I contacted your store and was greeted first by the polite front desk person Becky who then transferred me to your sales representative Joe Sauer. Joe is a delight. He is funny, smart and well versed in the product. Joe courteously listened to my needs and suggested great options. I also visited the store and the excellent customer service extended in-person by both Joe and Becky. Joe walked me through the show room making a variety of suggestions as to what would be possible within my budget. You will be happy to know his smooth sales technique worked so effectively that I expanded my order beyond just a bedroom door to now also include a sliding door option for my living room. I am so grateful for the fantastic customer service. Thank you for such a great staff. I am hopeful I will be able to say the same about the product for years to come.

We had a great experience with Sliding Door Company. We needed a sliding door to turn a den without a door into an additional bedroom but didn’t want to install a door frame and door because we wanted to preserve the natural light that comes in through the room’s windows. Rebecca our sales rep was responsive and helpful from my first contact with her by phone. She gave me a timeline of 10-12 weeks and the customer service team updated me at 4 weeks to confirm timing and then later to give me more precise timing which in fact was sooner than anticipated. Likewise the installation company Highline Design was very professional, responsive and punctual. In my opinion both the door and installation were fairly priced compared to installing a wood door frame and door significantly less than a doorframe and door not to mention this better satisfied what we wanted to achieve. I would use again and highly recommend.

Rebecca Becky Whittemore and the entire team at The Sliding Glass Door company have been wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They have provided excellent advice and support and have been responsive to our needs - we have been returning customers for year because of this.

I bought some sliding doors and bifold doors from the Sliding Door Company. Rebecca answered all my questions. The doors came in on time, they went up just aa described by the sales woman, Rebecca. They look very nice and they work perfectly. I would recommend Rebecca and the Sliding Door Company.

I dropped in the NYC 5th avenue location this week because I needed wheels for the doors I had installed a few years ago. Joe Sauer was very helpful and had them available . I usually get them in the mail but since I live so close I walked over. I am very pleased with the doors in my apartment. I have 5 closets and they look great. I have recommended the sliding door company to many of my neighbors who also had them installed.

November 22, 2019. To start, it was a delight to talk with Melinda Gonzalez because she demonstrated total dedication to my issue, responsiveness, and great deal of listening ability. I explain her about a very specific technical question that I have, and she understood exactly my need and what I am trying to achieve, saying that she will refer my issue to the Sliding Door technical team. In very short period of time I received an email from Melinda with evaluation and response from one of the team members. I cannot say enough about the excellent manner and dedication in which Melinda handled my request. We, the customers, need people like Melinda to address issues/questions, and have them resolved in an expedited manner.

we have two broken bottom wheels and The Sliding Door Company made it so easy and painless to get replacements mail to us. Eric Redman was quick to response via the LiveChat feature online and immediately helped us placed an order for the wheel kit via FedEx. One of the most pleasant and quickest resolutions we experienced. Thank you Eric!
