This Starbucks inside of Cook Library on the TU campus recently underwent an upgrade. The new space is very nice and the staff are friendly. It is run by Towson University though, so the payment system is different than typical Starbucks.
It can get pretty busy because so many lazy people use the drive through, but the workers do very well handling the high speed work. They never get my order wrong and I get my order asap.
Rude employees that hate their job and take it out on customers.
The staff was very nice and helpful; but the store was overwhelmed and disorganized.
