Starbucks

I went in to see if you had my favorite sandwich with the spinach but you was all out. I ask your cashier to recommend a hot coffee this morning. I explained that I have diabetes and didn’t want to spike my glucose to high just because I wanted to treat myself. He suggested a regular latte with toasted almond syrup. So, I agreed and we did 1 pump of the syrup. Absolutely delicious. Thank you!

Their caramel macchiato is really bad. Too much cream and too much sugar. There is no coffee flavor. It was like kid's hot chocolate. You can't do this for $6. It is a real shame. Their regular coffee these days reminds me of what I used to get from 7-11. They should have raise the quality steadily but I think it's the same old stuff which is not good anymore by so many people. America deserves many other coffee franchises.

I am genuinely surprised that it took 11 mins to receive my one drink because the establishment was not busy at all. I visited at 3:30 pm today and there wasn’t a line in the drive through or inside. I personally don’t think it should take that long to get a coffee at a time like that. The employees were nice but maybe they could move a little faster. it was like they really didn’t care to get things done.

Ukenda served me at the drive-thru window. I never usually wait in the drive-thru and always mobile order but I was not in a rush that day. Ukenda was very respectful and helpful with apologies that I had to wait in line I did not mind at all Nonetheless I appreciated Ukenda going out of her way with amazing customer service skills.

Fast service. Clean space. Friendly service. Not the best place to read as there are not many comfortable chairs. But it is a great place to work in a laptop or do homework as there are a lot of tables and chairs. Not too noisy. It's not the easiest place to drive too either, but then again I'm not from this area. Overall great Starbucks experience!

One of my favorite stops in the Morning. Has some of the best breakfast sandwiches to get your day started off right!! Great Service and I love the Mobile App.

The entire parking and drive-through layout is the most inept setup I've seen in quite a while. *IF* you can get to a parking spot, you are then trapped at the mercy of someone in the drive-through line letting you out. Then on top of that they are so slow that the drive-through line is wrapped completely around the building most of the time.

Slowest drive through ever! Was sitting in the drive through for 40 minutes and it was only three cars ahead of me.

Sweet smile from a super friendly staff member! Courteous service and my coffee was delicious! The Towson U Starbucks is top notch and they are speedy too! Hit ‘em up when you need a coffee fix and a side of sweetness!

Great, there was a long drive through line but the employee apologized even though it obviously was no fault of theirs and was pleasant and upbeat while taking my order. Food and drinks were perfect, definitely a good location.
