I really love going there. Dr. Pollack is so professional with a great personality. Always treats his patients with care and respect. The staff is great and always make me feel welcome. Every one there deserves 5 stars. I would recommend him and his staff to everybody.

Probably the worst experience I've had with an MD. Dr. Pollack was pedantic and dismissive. When I mentioned the issue that brought me to see him, he asked me how long I had been experiencing it. I said a couple months, to which his response was "Well, you survived." Unbelievably out of touch. They are churning through patients like a production line, so don't expect to be treated with much kindness.

This is the worst run doctors office I have ever been to, they have zero respect for your time. I had a 9am appointment which I arrived for at 840a as the first patient. This was a follow up visit, im not a new patient. At 1040a I got up and walked out. Literally the worst run doctors office ive even been in. The dr is very good but I would suggest going to another dr.

Dr Pollack is an exceptional doctor.He is very thorough and attentive. I had a complex retinal tear which required surgery. He explained everything clearly and followed me very carefully.

I get very good care from Dr. Pollack and his staff. They have sophisticated equipment to help Dr. Pollack diagnose and guide his patients. I recommend this practice to those seeking quality ophthalmic care

Dr. Pollack is an excellent physician, who is an expert in Retinal disease. He is also a very friendly individual who explains things clearly and is happy to answer all your questions patiently. His office is very well run with Liz at the front desk who is both efficient and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

It looks like bad reviews are somehow removed from here. I thought Dr Pollack was an alarmist and was pushing a procedure that I didn't need. I verified this with my ophthalmologist after the fact, and the eye surgeon that did my cataract procedure. I have since gone to another retina specialist that is not as pushy and is just must nicer to deal with. Dr Pollack may be very smart, but he's not overly pleasant to deal with.

I am very pleased with the quality of the care I am receiving. The issues with my eyes were addressed and have been followed up. I am feeling that everything is being done to preserve my vision. I'm satisfied.
