Best pizza!! We served this pizza for our wedding reception and it was a huge hit! Our guests were so stoked about it and so were we! They even made a special pizza for us to enjoy after our reception. They were friendly and welcoming and our guests will be talking about how delicious the pizza was for a long time. Had the veggie pizza and it's delicious. Great fresh pizza dough. Really thin crust that has a nice hint of sourdough. Quality ingredients and it only takes 5 mins.

They came and set up at our fundraiser, and everyone loved them! Super friendly, delicious food, easy to work with.

We had Ash Woodfired Pizza cater our wedding and they were AMAZING. Seriously delicious pizza and the communication was great the whole way through. The guests raved about the pizza and salad all night, and they even accommodated our vegan guests no problem. The guests loved the pizza so much that they took all the left overs, so there was none left over for the bride and groom! In the future, I would make sure to ask them to set some aside if you want to ensure you have any pizza left over for breakfast the next day ;

We had them cater our wedding and the pizza was amazing. We not only got so many compliments about how great it tasted but how nice the guys were. It was well worth it, a great price and would absolutely recommend it.

Ash Woodfired was one of the food trucks at our wedding and man, they were excellent! The pizza was fabulous, as always, and they had a handful of options for the guests. We hired Ash Woodfired Pizza truck for a 60-70 person baby shower at a private residence and it was great. They were on time, friendly, and the pizza was fantastic. All our guests raved about the pizza.

What can I say... Except that this Woodfired pizza is heavenly. The dough is spot on, chewy and doesn't get soggy in the center like other places. Really reminds me of Artisan pizza from Florence or Rome, the flavor, Napoli style. There are no compromises whatsoever. The value alone puts it above any brick and mortar in PDX. The toppings elevate pizza to a whole other level. If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg without compromising on ingredients, taste and flavor, this is your spot. Remember to order the ranch, his house made sauce is out of this world. Thick, chunky and full of flavor. Every order has been straight up consistent. Im always disappointed when I reach for the box and I see one slice left.
