Ashland Food Co-op

Wow! A favorite lunch spot for salads. The Coop has the best fruit in town and so much to choose from. A great hangout for Ecstatic Dancers after the Sunday dance (10:30am-12:30pm).

Ashland Co-op is the place to meet up with your friends if you are a local in Ashland. This is where most of us hang out. We are members of the Ashland Co-op and we shop here frequently. It has the largest selection of vegan, organic, gluten free food in the area and the prices are decent. You can get 10 percent off your favorite foods if you become a member and order one case of the product you wish. The atmosphere is very friendly and the cashiers all familiar. In the summer we spend many an hour sitting outside, listening to buskers and talking to our friends while enjoying the food. This is really the hub of where it is all happening.

Well I'm a homeless person I'm very kind loving person and I love everybody I'm not a mean person at all but I can't defend myself at the coop at all if they pick up on me and start pushing me around I can't defend myself now they won't let their employees talk to homeless people even if they're kind people

Great selection of natural and organic foods. The hot deli bar is definitely a bit overpriced and the variety isn't always the best but they do have lots of good food. They have a public bathroom which is always nice and a good selection of bulk items. I like the acai bee smoothies! Parking here can be a hassle as there just isn't enough of it.

If you enjoy spaced out semi conscious lefty kooks basking in spaced out bad driver self-absorption, the Ashland Co-op is a five star treat. If you do manage to successfully navigate the parking lot without being hexed by a neurotic vegan priestess, the local farmers produce is great and the made to order sandwiches are delicious. Lots of local brands and friendly staff too!
