Mahalo to Alyssa for helping me make a gift purchase over the phone and assisting me to surprise my sweetheart with it! I’m 2,423 miles away and was able to order what he needed and she had it ready for him (with a smile.) I have been shopping here for years and have only had positive experiences. This shop is filled with thoughtfulness and kindness, many herbs and natural remedies as well as beautiful gifts. It smells delightful, has great energy and the service is outstanding. If you’re into natural living and you’ve never been in here, you’re in for a treat.

Phenomenal service! I placed an online order with the shop in Oregon around 3:00 PDT Monday afternoon and got a message less than one hour later saying it had been shipped. Less than 48 hours after that, the package was on my porch in Virginia. Visiting the actual store last summer, I was impressed with their large variety of high-quality bulk herbs and now I’m even more impressed with their ability to move their products from one coast to the other so quickly!
