Very positive experience, no sales pressure. After we found what we wanted, Jake took care of the sale quickly and efficiently. We were done and out of the store very happy and satisfied. Definitely recommend.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time. Absolutely horrible customer service. It's 2 months past the date of delivery and still without our furniture and unable to accommodate requests in a reasonable time. Delivery is scheduled a month out and our second piece of furniture came in before the delivery scheduled date and theyrefused to add our other furniture to that delivery. 7 months pregnant sleeping on the floor when our furniture was supposed to be delivered 2 months ago. Worst experience with a lot of time and money wasted
Hajae at Ashley Salt Lake is above and beyond. Her assistance, knowledge and service are above and beyond. I would return because of her sincere and caring attitude. The girls at the desk were also exceptional and have done everything to address and correct any concerns we had. The fillow up and follow thru are exceptional and will refer everyone to the Salt Lake Ashley in Honolulu.

The most unorganized store I have ever dealt with. We moved to the island and ordered our bedroom suite in January of 2021. We received it 4 months later due to Covid which I understood. The entire bed frame and drawers that went under the bed broke in 2 days so they took away the broken frame and said it would be 2-3 months until a new one could be installed at our home. I was patient and waited. It is June 2022 and I have YET to receive the drawers that go with the new and unbroken bed. When I called to follow up they said it was never ordered again and it would cost me $800 extra because the drawers were never ordered after the original ones broke. Makes no sense how they could charge me for something I originally ordered and received the first time. Will never buy from Ashleys again.

Very frustrating experience. We spent about an hour deciding on which outdoor set to get. We compromised and bought the more expensive set because it had a rocker I wanted. Our salesman listened to our entire conversation and knew exactly what we wanted. We were told it was special order, so we waited over 3 months to get it in Hawaii. It was delivered today and we were given an end table instead of the rocker I wanted. Partly my fault because I signed the receipt when I paid, but it is pretty tough to figure out what you buy with their codes, and I just trusted our salesman. They did give me the option to do an exchange and pay the difference which is why I gave them 2 stars, but not interested in the hassle so we will keep what we have and move on.
