Customer service here is deplorable. I spent $900 on a kitchen island and was told it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery and I would be updated weekly. Three weeks after ordering/paying I find out they never ordered it. They have had my money for 3 weeks and done nothing to get my purchased merchandise to me. This is a fraudulent way of doing business. Update: The store owner apologized, ordered the island and refunded the delivery charge. Told us it would be here in a week. Called and they said it was there but would not be delivered because the delivery fee had been refunded. Told clerk to talk to owner. Got a text stating it would be delivered next day and it was. Delivery guys were awesome, communicated the time they would arrive. They set it up and each leaf is uneven with the table, paint is missing in the creases, corners and one of the cabinet doors won't stay closed and is uneven and table top is scuffed. Will call store tomorrow since they were closed by the time delivery/set up were done to see what options there are. Ashley home store sent out a repairman who was great to work with. He made it better but the doors are still uneven and I have to buy a furniture paint pen to cover all the places paint is missing. Not worth the $ paid, but I'm tired of dealing with it so will keep it as is.

Joe was a great sales rep! He was very professional and courteous. He showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right bedroom set for my mom. He showed me the complete inventory of bed sets and helped me find just the right one for my mom. This is a surprise for my mom who will be relocating to move with me. So it was a pleasure working with such a nice person as Joe to share this experience! Kudos!! He mentioned he was new, but I couldn’t tell. Great job Joe! Glad to know great customer Service exists! I also appreciated the military discount! Every little bit helps!

Tim was absolutely fabulous! He called me when he was on his way down coming to my home and upon his arrival he introduced himself and addressed all my issues I was having with my mattress. He explained everything in a manner of which I could understand it and told me I could call him at any time if I had more concerns or questions. His customer service was exemplary! Thank you so much Tim it was a pleasure to have you in my home!

I had a great experience with Lila! I was looking for a blue velvet couch (hard to come by in Cheyenne) and she was able to order one into the store. It was great quality and less expensive than most online options. She communicated throughout the whole process and was fun to work with.

The guys who delivered and picked up our furniture, Darren and Daniel, were incredibly helpful. The salesperson who sold us our furniture tried to give us floor model furniture when that wasn’t what we paid for. Darren and Daniel made sure to try and resolve the situation as quickly as possible and to do what was right for us (the customers who paid full price for what we thought was brand new furniture). Darren and Daniel were kind and considerate of us, which we deeply appreciated after everything that had happened.
